Week of Love: Products

Ahhhhh.  Products.  We love products, right?  I know a lot of women who go crazy over makeup products. For me, I just love good product; any product. Doesn’t matter if it’s makeup-related, food-related or something related to cleaning.  Doesn’t matter at all. Today, I thought I would share some of the products that I love and know from personal use and a couple that I know I will love once I get them into my little hands.  Enough with the talking already, let’s talk products!

How many times have I said ‘products’ already?  Sheesh.

First up…Merona tights by Target

I LOVE these tights.  Sure, they’re not super-fancy or expensive but these are by far my favorite tights…ever. Great quality at an awesome price ($10).  Some of them are on sale now on Target.com for $7!

Fresh Sugar Lip Polish

Let me first say, this stuff tastes really good.  It’s natural and it makes your lips feel really soft.  I love this stuff.  I especially enjoy using this prior to putting on a bold colored lipstick – it makes sure your lips are prepped.  ($22.50)

Balls of Steel

We’ve all had those experiences where we’re enjoying a cocktail and a little conversation and then…it happens: your cocktail becomes all watery and not very tasty anymore.  Balls of Steel solves that little problem for you.  You can chill and enjoy your drink without diluting it and get this…it’s all for a good cause.

So here’s a little story about Balls of Steel: Social entrepreneur, Grant Vollmer, began to develop the idea of using the highest grade and quality of stainless steel with a phase-change technology locked inside each ball to deliver a faster, longer lasting chill while preserving your cocktail.  After a year of research and development, Grant and his friend Matt, launched Balls of Steel.

Balls of Steel was founded on the grounds of not only allowing whiskey (or other liquor beverages) a way to enjoy your beverage without your drink being watery but also as a platform to raise awareness of testicular cancer.  15% of Balls of Steels net sales, go directly towards Testicular Cancer Research.  Awesome. ($25)

Even my friends on Instagram like Balls of Steel…

How do you make the transition from Balls of Steel to something else…here we go.

Bodum French Press

I can’t explain how much I love my French press.  If you’re a coffee drinker and you do not own a French press, I would highly recommend purchasing one.  This 12oz press is only $17!

Hydro Firm Cooking Eye Gels

I haven’t tried these yet but I’m pretty sure I’m going to love them.  The best description I’ve seen thus far about these was from Rachel Zoe.  She described these as a ‘caffeine jolt for your face’.  We all have those days where we didn’t get enough sleep or you partied too hard the night before and let’s be honest, your eyes look horrid.  These solve that little problem.  ($30 for eight pairs)

So, what are your favorite products?
