A couple of weekends ago, I traveled to Amelia Island, Florida to attend a wedding with a friend. It was beautiful; both the wedding and Amelia Island. We stayed at the beautiful (and large) Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort.
The breakfast at the hotel was delicious! The pancakes were HUGE!
The bride & groom decided to have a pre-made signature drink (in addition to an open bar). Loved this idea!
One of my favorite stops of the weekend was this fabulous little fudge shop! When you walk by you can smell the deliciousness of the fudge. They even had milk chocolate & white chocolate covered oreos, which of course I had to have.
Overall, Amelia Island is a wonderful little city. I hope next time I’m there, I can stop by for English Tea at the Hoyt House.
