A couple of Friday’s ago, I frolicked off to Atlantic Station to enjoy lunch during Food Truck Friday and was not disappointed! 

*note, this was supposed to be posted last Friday but due to technical difficulties with Blogger, I was unable.  So hear you go…

First stop…Tex’s Tacos!  After much deliberation, I finally settled with Chicken Fresca.  Delicious!  

Next stop was the Yumbii truck for a Korean beef taco.  So good!  The sauce on the taco was like some type of spicy, soy, bbq sauce. 

For dessert, we had Yum Yum cupcakes and the King of Pops as our options.  Since it was warm out, I opted for a cool treat from King of Pops…the watermelon mojito popsicle was very refreshing.

Super-excited about my next food truck outing!
