Some of you may have heard that Coca-Cola recently celebrated their 125th anniversary! Lucky for me, I had a pleasure of being a part of one of their celebrations. No, I don’t work for the company but I’m lucky enough to be friends with someone who does hence the invite. The weather and location was gorgeous – downtown Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park. The park was shut down, just this day, for Coke employees and their guests.
There were live performances, food and Ryan Seacrest!
Somalian-born hip hop artist K’Naan started the show. This was my third time seeing K’Naan in concert and it was amazing!
A lively group of breakdancers who seemed to enjoy K’Naan as well.
U.K. band, One Night Only
My personal highlight of the day, besides the delicious Italian ice I noshed on earlier, KELLY CLARKSON! I know…lame. But I never realized how many Kelly Clarkson songs I actually knew! The best friend and I were singing our little hearts out as we were ignored by our dates. I think they were jealous they didn’t know the words.
All in all, it was a good time! Guess I have to stop buying Pepsi now…
