I love macaroni & cheese! So whenever I get a chance to make any variation of it, I never hesitate. I had a recipe that I’ve done a few times for nacho macaroni & cheese but it had been a while since I’ve made it…
This time around, I altered the recipe by taking out the cloves and doing away with the tortilla chips that are supposed to be on top. I used a bit of bread crumbs instead then baked it.
This is a great alternative to regular mac & cheese. The recipe is available on Bon Appetit’s website.
I had my mac & cheese with sauteed spinach and garlic bread. Yum.
