The Weekend

What a beautiful weekend. The weather was absolutely perfect and even though I’m not super excited about it, it smelled and felt like fall was in the air. It’s not that I loathe fall or anything, it’s just that fall is a vivid reminder that winter is near..and we know how I feel about winter. I feel like this weekend sort of flew by which is what happens when you’re having fun, I guess? I went to a movie Friday night and saw The Perfect Guy…very creepy. Saturday John and I went to our friend’s second annual hot dog party – so much fun…the adult cherry limeade was a hit! Sunday we spend the day with friends having brunch, mimosas and a little football. Then comes Sunday night when it’s time to prepare for the week ahead.
