I love all things spicy. Not really sure how that happened. I didn’t grow up eating lots of spicy foods but I’ve definitely developed a liking for it. I often have to remind myself when I cook for other people that not everyone is in love with spices the way I am. Last week, I tried my hand at Spicy Thai Noodles; a recipe I found while perusing Pinterest. This was super-spicy; mainly because I added a bit more of red pepper flakes than I was supposed to. Oh well.
If you don’t like things too spicy, use 1/2 of the red pepper flakes that the recipe calls for. I added red & green bell peppers…pretty much because I had them in the refrigerator and I needed to use them.
