Manic Mondays…here we go again.  The weekend, as usual, I’m saddened when it ends but this past weekend I had a chance to get away from Atlanta, enjoy cocktails and a delicious cheese plate, do a little Saturday cookie-baking and had a delightful Sunday brunch with mimosas.  Not to mention, the weather was lovely and I was in great company; all the elements for a fantastic weekend.
