Seriously, the weather has been nothing short of amazing. I will love December forever if it continues to be this way. I’m totally down with a warm, not white, Christmas. Anyway, the weather this weekend made an already fantastic weekend even better. Friday, John and I briefly celebrated a friend’s birthday and I prepped for my event: The Brunch Collective.

Ahhh! I can’t believe it actually happened. Months of talking about it and planning it and then, just like that it happened and now it’s over. Such a great turnout and an awesome group of ladies. If I’m honest though, I’m sort of glad it’s over just because I actually had a day where I could just breathe. But that’s about to be over as The Brunch Collective still has to keep going and I’ll soon have to get ready to plan the next one. I’m just glad to get the first one under my belt, now it all seems so simple. Sunday, John and I brunched, went to Target and attempted to buy Christmas decorations but I failed miserably. Oh well. Maybe this week will I’ll be successful in that department.

As you can see, we had a new friend joining us this weekend: Elroy the elf. He’s absolutely terrifying but John loves him so he frolicked around with us this weekend. Anyway, hope you all had a great weekend.
