Busy, busy weekend.  I had a couple of friends come visit John and I for the day and it was lots of fun.  I love when people come to visit and we can eat, drink and obviously frolic.  The rest of the weekend seemed like a whirlwind of events: lots of errands, cooking, more errands and then magically it was Sunday.  John and I were super-excited and ready for the Breaking Bad finale (John even made dinner Sunday).  We had a Breaking Bad themed dinner…or at least that’s what I like to call it.  We actually just renamed everything to fit within the Breaking Bad theme.  Lots of fun.

How cute is this brownie bag?  John’s co-worker made them and I just thought it was the cutest thing ever. Other happenings over the weekend: I made a delicious cocktail using cardamom pods (first time using them); can’t wait to share it with you soon.  We took our visiting friends to Blacksmith’s for a late dinner before they headed back to Atlanta and I decided to have a glass of wine…I love wine but I don’t drink it as often as I should.  John and I finally stopped by Milk & Honey on Friday and it was absolutely delicious and refreshing.  Cannot wait to go back.
