A couple of weeks ago, I decided to infuse some vodka.  It’s sort of one of my favorite things to do – the possibilities are endless with all of the combinations.  I had some blueberries in the fridge so I decided to infuse a little vodka with some fresh blueberries and mint.  Those of you that are a little impatient may not like the infusion process but if you can wait about a week or so for the flavors to infuse – this is for you.

I made a little garnish of blueberries and a lemon slice.  Obviously.  I just used a little toothpick to hold it all together.

So delicious and refreshing.  Here’s how you make it (I have no exact measurements – just use your best judgement):

Blueberry Mint Lemonade

Vodka – infused with blueberries & mint – I used Smirnoff
Lemonade – just use your favorite brand OR you can be fancy and make your own
Fresh lemon juice – just squeeze a little bit into your vodka lemonade mix
Prosecco

Pour vodka in a glass – top with ice
Add lemonade and fresh lemon juice
Top with prosecco
Add garnish and enjoy!
