Finally, a weekend where the weather was perfect.  I had quite a lovely weekend – not a perfect weekend but a nice one nonetheless.  I went to a baseball game Friday evening, my first Chattanooga Lookouts game. Baseball has never been my favorite sport and no matter how many games I attend I don’t think it will ever be.  I can never follow it and there are too many innings.  John and I met with some friends after the game to hear some live music.  Live music is starting to become more constant activity in our lives and I love it.

I spent a few hours in Atlanta on Saturday visiting potential wedding venues for my best friend; we were both amazed by the Carter Center. After a long day of searching for venues, we decided to treat ourselves to much-needed manicures and pedicures; I’m loving my Essie Coral Reef!  I found the cutest, miniature (and pink) notebook to write edits I make to recipes or ideas I have for new recipes.  I love it!  Obviously, I bought it Target.  I can’t seem to stay away from that store.
