I love tacos. I really like when I when I find a new recipe for such an easy dish like tacos.  I was doing my daily Pinterest search when I came across this recipe on Half Baked Harvest.  The image of these tacos alone, was enough to make me try them.  When I read the list of ingredients, that pretty much confirmed that I needed to make them – so simple.  With Cinco de Mayo a month away, may be time to start thinking of recipes to try for a fiesta!
