Another weekend has flown by!  Luckily, I had nothing planned and I finally got an opportunity to do some much needed cleaning and grocery shopping.  For someone who enjoys cooking, you wouldn’t have been able to tell by the lack of groceries and snacks I had in my apartment.  Since I didn’t have any set plans this weekend, it allowed John and I to meet up with a couple of friends of ours for a few bites and the largest glass of sangria I’ve ever had (above photo).  

I did watch it snow this weekend and in a matter of minutes it was all gone…all of it.  John made some delicious wings to accompany us as we watched the Superbowl – I also had reading material on-hand in case the game got boring.
