Remember
when summer vacations meant having months off from school and hanging out with
friends?  Now as adults, we work through the summer and hope we’re not too
busy to have a vacation.  Luckily my birthday is in the
summer so I make it a point to always to something fun for my birthday even if
I can’t get out of town. This year, I’m
turning an important age and ever since I can remember, I’ve always
said I will take a trip with friends and that’s just what I’m doing!

I’m
booked on a flight to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and the above photos are from the resort where we’ve decided to stay.  I’m so ready to get away,
lie on the beach and have cocktails.  August can’t get here quick enough!
