I love Next Food Network Star!  Recently they had a challenge to make a pizza based on their personalities…love it.

I love a challenge, so I thought…what would I do if I had to create my own pizza based on my personality.  I knew it would be spicy but as far as everything else…I had to ponder. 

Soon enough, I came up with something: Shrimp Fra Diavlo Pizza.  Nothing fancy but it was definitely delicious. 

I started by making the Fra Diavlo sauce…

I used a combination of recipes but mostly I used this one as a guide…

I began layering the pizza with:
sauce
shrimp
banana peppers
basil
mozzarella cheese
fresh black pepper

yum!
