Easter is literally right around the corner. I’ve been trying to prepare for my annual Easter dinner but my to-do list continues to grow causing me to fall behind. The one thing I have finalized is my menu.
Generally, my Easter dinner table resembles Thanksgiving and I’m ok with that. I’ve decided to add a new addition…I’m going to have braised beef (or lamb…haven’t decided which one yet).
As I watched the Today show yesterday morning, Curtis Stone gave his recipes for braising meats 3 different ways and I’ve decided to do it myself!
Another thing I’m really excited about is my Easter cocktail…sangria! I always have a cocktail for every dinner event at my place and Easter is no different.
