So happy to have Monday off and very happy to be spending my 4th of July weekend with friends!  4th of July is not only Independence Day but also one of my friend’s birthdays.  So, it’s going to be a pretty busy weekend.  

More than anything, I’m excited for my rum-soaked strawberries and tequila watermelon!  Hopefully, I’ll have pictures to share…if they make it out of my kitchen.
