This was an interesting dish to try to photograph.  It’s so saucy and not a lot of layers so it took some patience to attempt to make it not look like a glob of mess on a plate.  Whatever.  I’m not going to bore you with the details.  At any rate, I was perusing the site Girl Versus Dough – have you been there?  I love it.
