I got the idea of mint sugar from one of my favorite sites, The Kitchn, and I immediately thought this was a genius idea! Such a great way to eat fruit. This was super-easy to do and it’ll be making lots of appearances over the summer in my kitchen. I’m thinking it may even be delicious around the rim of a cocktail. Hmmmm…
