Salted Non-Dairy Maple Latte

Jump to recipe

Did I tell you John and I have joined the oat milk bandwagon. Yep. That’s us. I have to say though, we’ve really started to like it. I’ve tried a few non-dairy ice creams too and I think we’ve even found a brand that we’re both really fond of – it’s a Christmas miracle. What’s also a Christmas miracle is this non-dairy maple latte. Maybe it sounds complicated but I promise you it isn’t.

As I write this, its Super Bowl Sunday. I honestly forgot all about it until I walked into the grocery store and saw all of the football decor. I know I’m not the only one who forgot. Oh well.

Enough rambling, let’s get down to the point: I have a bit of writer’s block. I’ve been staring at my computer not really knowing what to write about – doubting myself with every sentence – then deleting it. Usually when I write blog posts, I can always related it to something going on in my life or something interesting but today, my mind is completely blank. Maybe that’s the reality: there’s nothing currently happening in my life that’s worth writing about? Who knows? Or maybe I just need another cup of this maple latte.

Yeah, that’s it.

A non-dairy maple latte

I hope that when you make this drink, your life will be much more exciting than mine is at the moment. Honestly, I may have writer’s block because I actually have too much going on. Jennifer and I are about to embark on a pretty exciting and time-consuming project with The Chattery and my mind is racing about that. I’m sure I’ll be consuming lots of caffeine (or cocktails) to get us through.

Maybe I’m just overwhelmed with other thoughts that I can’t get my mind together to fully explain and describe this delicious coffee. Will you just take my word for it? It’s good. Also if oat milk isn’t your thing (not sure why it wouldn’t be) try almond milk instead or another non-dairy milk alternative.
