Currently Snacking On…

Mmmmm. My snack list for the month of May. 

Planters sea salt & vinegar peanuts – I’m not usually a salt and vinegar kind of girl when it comes to chips and such but I saw this and decided to give them a try…and I’m a sucker for anything that has “NEW” written on the package. These were pretty good. At first taste, they were very, very tangy; I guess my taste buds had to adjust? Who knows. What I do now is that I’ll probably try them again, I sort of really enjoyed them.

Late July red hot mojo chips – These were mentioned in a PopSugar “best supermarket snacks” list and it caught my attention because they were described as “healthy Doritos”.  At first taste, I thought they needed a little more salt but I mixed them with the Planters peanuts and it was all good. After a while, I got used to the lack of salt with these chips as I appreciated the fact that they are organic and non-GMO. There are other flavors available but these caught my eye because of the peppers. They are definitely HOT – so beware.

Haagen Dazs salted caramel bars – Does this really need an explanation?  These are so addictive and so good. I go through my phases where I buy these every time I go to the grocery store and I binge on them. There are only 3 in the box, which makes me sad but it’s probably a good thing. I’ve tried other brands of salted caramel bars but none compare to Haagen Dazs. Mmmmm…so delicious!
