This weekend was quite busy and it went by relatively quick. Friday John and I headed to a late breakfast at Bluegrass Grill (more on that coming soon) and had the best time.  I’ve been there quite a few times but it was John’s first time.  Food and service was perfect.  Saturday, we headed to Hunstville, Alabama for a surprise graduation party for one of my closest friends.  I’ve been on edge since knowing about this party; afraid I would slip up on social media or something.  Luckily, the guest of honor was very surprised to see everyone – including her father and brother who were flown in from Utah…so sweet.

I did find time to purchase a new coffee syrup over the weekend from my favorite specialty market, Enzo’s. Naturally, I had to try it out Saturday morning.  Below the Radar was the scene for the surprise party and the food was amazing.  We ended the weekend with pizza from our favorite local pizza restaurants; pizza on Sundays is our go to dinner of choice if we don’t cook.
