Yesterday, I shared my version of a croque monsieur – a delicious French sandwich that’s cheesy, crunchy and just plain old fantastic. Well, there’s also a croque madame…same sandwich but there’s an egg on top. I like eggs. I generally like them scrambled or fried…hard. I’m trying to be a bit more open-minded when it comes to eggs, which brings me to this blog post: how to fry an egg. Not overly complicated but I thought I would share a little video quickly explaining how to fry an egg.
