I always thought a brownie had to have some form of [non white] chocolate in it and I still believe that it does. This ‘brownie’ isn’t really a blondie either. So confusing. At any rate, these brownies are really sweet like the chocolate chocolate ones and has a bit of a flaky top similar to a brownie. With just a few ingredients, you can create a sweet, chocolatey, blueberry dessert. I must admit, I got a little excited and used way too many blueberries. Though I love blueberries, I would have preferred to not have used millions of them. Lesson learned. I would imagine this would be just as tasty with raspberries. Maybe next time.
