This was a really fun – sort of busy weekend. Busy in a good way. Next weekend we’re taking off and heading to a wedding in Valdosta, Georgia then spending just a little bit of time in Savannah; so excited!. I’m hoping this week will be a good week, the weather will be a little rainy for the beginning of week, which isn’t how I like my week to start off but what can you do? I spent a bit of my down time trying to make 4th of July plans; our original plans got foiled so we’re researching things to do and places to go. Hopefully, we’ll find something good; the 4th is right around the corner!

I got a chance to celebrate National Bourbon day with some friends – so necessary. I attended my first soccer match, finally made some strawberry bread, did some leisurely reading and saw some live music. Sunday, I realized I had some unused cantaloupe in the refrigerator so I decided to make a cantaloupe + thyme margarita. Best {random} decision I’ve had all weekend.
