I definitely have my fair share of unhealthy eating but I also try to make sure I get enough healthy items into my weekly diet. The major problem I have: I’m a huge snacker. I love sitting around the house and having a snack – sometimes it’s healthy sometimes it’s not. At any rate, I do have some favorite recipes that are, in my mind, healthy.
Spinach Burgers – loves these.
Spinach Enchiladas – obviously, I love spinach.
Basil & Blood Orange Salad – so pretty.
Sweet Potato & Black Bean Chili – so flavorful!
Chipotle Chicken Sweet Potato – haven’t tried this but I’m sure it’s wonderful.
