Peach Sriracha Chicken

Peach + Sriracha – who knew?  A friend of mine gave me a jar of peach sriracha jam and I’m pretty sure I screamed in excitement.  This jam was so delicious – not too spicy, not too sweet.  I used it as a glaze instead of a marinade and the chicken was packed with so much flavor – I need more of this stuff.  I would love to try this with wings next time!

Served with rice and sauteed spinach and bell peppers – yummy.  You can do this with any jam or marinade.

  • season chicken breasts + sear in olive oil in skillet (just a few moments)
  • if skillet is not oven safe, transfer chicken to a baking dish + pour jam over chicken
  • bake on 350 or 375 – until done
simple and delicious.
