Who doesn’t love fried cheese!? I usually save my mozzarella stick consumption for some greasy spoon restaurant when I’m super-hungry but when I came across a really simple recipe, I had to try it myself. These mozzarella sticks were so tasty; I’m pretty sure it had something to do with the panko breadcrumbs.
