Monday, we meet again.  Last week was a very long week to put it nicely.  I’m hoping for a much better week…we shall see.  The above photo is a mango margarita I had Friday night, which I ended up having to send back.  I never send back cocktails but this was necessary.  This was the spiciest non-flavorful margarita I’ve ever had.  I felt bad sending it back but every time I took a sip, it felt like I was drinking jalapeno juice. Oh well.

I had a delicious lamb sandwich Saturday afternoon, baked “slutty brownies” (details coming soon) and enjoyed a Jose Cuervo margarita.  Cheers to a new week…
