Corn (and shrimp) Chowder

It’s Fall and that means warm soups and tons of bread for dinner, right? I found a recipe on Pinterest (of course) for Cheesy Shrimp Chowder.  Sounded delicious and seemed really simple.  Fresh ingredients and you have plenty left over for another day.  I also found a recipe for jalapeno cornbread poppers…um, yes.  Heaven. Perfect dinner for a cool night.

I pretty much kept the corn chowder recipe the same except:

  • used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth
  • added shrimp
  • added a few drops of Sriracha…because it’s fun
