One of my co-workers has been telling me for months to try broiled grapefruit. My immediate reaction wasn’t excitement. Warm grapefruit? Weird. After she mentioned it to me, I started seeing recipes and blogs everywhere about broiling grapefruit so I thought she was on to something. It was beautiful, it smelled nice and it actually wasn’t that bad. I used brown sugar and freshly grated ginger. Yum.
