I love making pizza. You can do so many different things with it. This time it’s Indian Pizza! I used a recipe from Rachel Ray’s magazine, which you can find here.

I changed the recipe just bit and added more cheese and crushed red peppers. I like a bit of heat with my foods. One thing I did discover…even though this pizza was really good and I would definitely make it again, I still loathe zucchini. I thought I would enjoy it…but after the first couple of bites, I picked them off.
Oh well.
