Ever wanted to recreate  Starbucks’ white chocolate mocha??  I do. All the time.  But with no espresso machine & absolutely no idea how to, I give up and spend the $4 at Starbucks.  UNTIL…

I frolicked around in my kitchen and with a little experimenting, I sort of recreated it without an espresso machine.  OK here goes:

You’ll Need:
coffee maker            heavy whipping cream
white chocolate        vanilla*
cinnamon*

• make coffee as you normally would
• heat (in a small pot) whipping cream…add white chocolate 
• whisk until chocolate is melted
• I added cinnamon & a dash of vanilla extract (optional)
• pour the white chocolate mixture into an already poured cup of coffee
• add sugar to taste

Note quite Starbucks but…I tried. See what you think…
