This weekend was like a gentle reminder that spring really does want to rear it’s beautiful head. It’s like Mother Nature is playing games with us; we’ll have 60-70 degree weather for a few days followed by a cold, windy and rainy forecast. I want to say goodbye to winter…for good. I’ve had enough. I feel as though this weekend was sort of eventful: we went to an event on Friday evening to hear my friend Seun speak about her new business venture, a bit of dancing happened Friday night, my business partner and I are busily prepping for our first class with The Chattery (yikes!), and John and I went to a semi-pro basketball game Sunday to see a friend play. Definitely tired…but in a good way.
I met up with another blogger friend of mine (who’s awesome) for some midday cocktailing on Saturday – always a good idea. I’m looking forward to see what this week will bring. Also, if you’re reading this and you’re in Tennessee – more specifically, Chattanooga – come check out our first class, Building a Basic Terrarium with Laura Freeman from the company Planted Pots; it’s going to be a good one.
