I had the entire week off (with the exception of checking email a few times).  Having a long week makes for an enjoyable yet anxious weekend. Anxious not in an excited way.  The weekend was quite fantastic and included a trip to the Jack Daniel’s Distillery, a stroll around the small town of Lynchburg, Tennessee, a random visit to Nashville and a Cee-Lo Green concert that included a Goodie Mob reunion.  The weekend was supposed to end with seeing R&B singer Brandy Norwood however, the rain started pouring and that was the end of that.  I love live music especially outside but I can’t do the rain.  Maybe next time.

Weekends like this, I hate to see it come to an end.  Somehow we managed to fit in a trip to the Chattanooga Market (which is awesome by the way).  I tasted a chocolate chip moonshine cake.  You read that right; so good.  I hope this week is just as amazing as the weekend.
