Who doesn’t love a long weekend?!  I went to Atlanta for a night and spent some time with friends for a bachelorette party and I’m so glad I had Monday to just lie around and be lazy. We don’t have a Chipotle in Chattanooga so naturally while I’m in Atlanta I stopped for a burrito bowl.  I ended the weekend laughing with new-ish friends and drinking a Bellini (I know, odd drink for a late Sunday night).  Off to Atlanta (again) on Thursday!
