Easter Fun!

So, my Lent goal to read 5 books in 40 days may have been an epic fail, but my beef bourguignon was pretty successful!  I was nervous…having such big shoes to fill, but I think Julia Child would have been proud!  Definitely a bit time consuming, but well worth it after it’s done.  I decided to serve mine over farfalle noodles.  Click here to try it for yourself.

My Easter dinner consisted of fun times with friends and good food!  We even had arroz con pollo and amarillos, a new addition to our Easter dinner table.

Nothing I do goes without a cocktail of some sorts and Easter was no exception. This time around I attempted to create my own little cocktail, which seemed to be successful.  Normally I have to have drinks for the guys, the girls, the non-vodka drinkers, the wine drinkers, etc.  This one seemed to work for everyone…and it looked pretty in the glass.

check out my RECIPE page for instructions on how to make my Easter cocktail!
